This story club first started with Elisabeth wanting to start a writing club. In the past, Elisabeth and Laurel had done some stories by emailing sentences back and forth. They had also done more fun writing activities together. Elisabeth emailed some friends who also liked writing and they created a story club!
Each TELLE Round, we write our own stories on the TELLE Round's chosen topic. Near the end of the TELLE Round we comment and rate each other's stories out of five. Then when everyone has done those things averages are calculated and the final scores of each member and the winner of the TELLE Round are announced via email.
We have also begun a TELLE book club and a project called TELLEphone Books.
